Hi, I'm Beth ...

Hello, my name is Beth Hinden. I am the owner and operator of Sanctuary of Integration Wellness Center. I am a transformational massage therapist and have been practicing since 1994. I also have a degree in Psychology and specialize in a body-centered trauma recovery work, called Somatic Experiencing.

Why does all of this matter? Because when you come to the Center, we want you to feel confident in your care, safe and supported in all ways—physical, mental and emotional.

Each of our therapists works within their scope of practice while addressing your spoken and unspoken therapy needs. We are a client-focused center of wellness and tailor our approach and treatment to your specific situation.

Beth uses her training in bodywork and psychology to combine body and mind integrative therapy. We explore how our physiology connects to our thoughts and emotions whiile addressing body-centered issues.

Olivia Hinden

Office Support Staff

Olivia has been integral in helping to create Sanctuary of Integration Wellness Center with her artistic flair! She uses her creativity to design murals in our treatment rooms as well as taking charge of our social media presence. Olivia is doing front office support as well. She loves client interaction and helping people feel like they are home away from home!

Kylie Beagle

Yoga Instructor and Massage Therapist

Kylie integrates her knowledge as a Yoga Instructor and Massage Therapist to help you feel more at ease within your body. She has been practicing since 2022 and works to relax both the mind and body to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed!

Jana Lee

Licensed Massage Therapist

Jana Lee has been a licensed massage therapist since 2005. Her 90 minute session is a blissful experience combining therapy of deep tissue and deep relaxation utilizing a multitude of techniques acquired over her career. Let her partner with you on your wellness journey!

Lance Nelson

ATC, LMT

Lance Nelson is a licensed massage therapist at Sanctuary of Integration Wellness Center in Northern Kentucky. He holds a degree in Sports Medicine and Health Education and is a professor at Gateway Community & Technical College, where he heads the massage department and has been honored with the "Teacher of the Year" award. Lance specializes in Therapeutic massage, Trigger Point therapy, and is certified in Pregnancy massage. He masterfully integrates traditional and orthopedic massage techniques, along with posture education and exercise, to help patients achieve optimal health and maintain it between sessions.
